Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong technical background and hands-on expertise in Salesforce technologies. The ideal candidate should have 4–12 years of overall experience, including at least 4 years specifically working with Salesforce (SFDC). This role involves building scalable solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality implementations aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Work extensively with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and translate requirements
  • Develop integrations using Salesforce APIs and external systems
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance optimization
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

Required Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (mandatory)
  • Total experience between 4 to 12 years in relevant roles

Technical Requirements

  • Strong expertise in:
    • Apex programming
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Aura Components
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, including:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud
    • Other Salesforce modules
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development tools and best practices
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as:
    • Salesforce Certified Application Architect
    • Salesforce Certified System Architect
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Exposure to third-party integrations and data migration tools
  • Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
