📋 HR Generalist – Complete Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollout
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment reports to management
  • Plan employee engagement and team-building activities
  • Handle onboarding and employee integration processes
  • Monitor employee performance metrics and feedback systems
  • Assist in KPI tracking, performance reviews, and improvement plans
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
  • Support employee relations and workplace issue resolution

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 4–5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS tools and HR operations
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Professional attitude with strong confidentiality ethics
