Eclectic Technolabs is exclusively hiring for this Accounts Executive role on behalf of our client — a well-established food manufacturing company with 9+ years average employee tenure and a legacy of delivering quality food products across Tamil Nadu.
Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with strong expertise in Tally to manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling accounts, taxation, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Financial Management
- Maintain and update accounts in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Record and verify day-to-day financial transactions.
- Prepare financial statements, ledgers, and balance sheets.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Track daily expenses. Maintain Forecast vs Actual.
2. Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file income tax returns and audit reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
3. Invoicing & Payments
- Generate and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients for payments.
4. MIS Reporting & Analysis
- Generate financial reports and assist in budgeting & forecasting.
- Conduct variance analysis and highlight financial trends.
- Assist management with cost control and profitability analysis.
5. Inventory & Payroll Management (If applicable)
- Manage inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Process payroll, salary calculations, and employee reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in designing and implementing finance processes across multiple functions. Expertise in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and financial regulations.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
- Additional Knowledge: Knowledge of E-way bills, bank reconciliations, and audit procedures.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000
