Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Design scalable full-stack systems across frontend, backend, AI, and cloud infrastructure.
• Drive engineering decisions around scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Optimize systems for AI deployment, analytics pipelines, and rendering workflows.
• Establish coding standards and engineering best practices across squads.
• Lead technical architecture planning for distributed microservices.

Hands-On Development

• Build production-grade applications and scalable backend services with modern stacks.
• Develop APIs, frontend experiences, and cloud-native orchestrated systems.
• Troubleshoot and optimize complex technical systems (latency, throughput).
• Implement AI/ML pipelines and immersive rendering workflows using WebGL/Three.js.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and engineering performance metrics.
