📋 HR Generalist – Complete Job Description
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollout
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment reports to management
- Plan employee engagement and team-building activities
- Handle onboarding and employee integration processes
- Monitor employee performance metrics and feedback systems
- Assist in KPI tracking, performance reviews, and improvement plans
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
- Support employee relations and workplace issue resolution
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 4–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS tools and HR operations
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Professional attitude with strong confidentiality ethics
