Eclectic Technolabs is exclusively hiring for this Sales Order Entry Executive role on behalf of our client — a well-established food manufacturing company with 9+ years average employee tenure and a legacy of delivering quality food products across Tamil Nadu.

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tally Sales Order Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, maintaining up-to-date records in Tally, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal departments. This role requires a strong understanding of sales order processing, data management, and proficiency in Tally ERP software.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

  • Liaise with customers to confirm order details, resolve queries, and provide updates on order status.
  • Address and resolve customer issues related to orders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Order Processing

  • Accurately enter customer orders into the system, ensuring correctness in product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery details.

Tally Entries

  • Manage the entry of sales orders and related financial transactions in Tally ERP.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure all Tally entries are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Generate financial and sales reports using Tally for management review.

Coordination with Departments

  • Work closely with the sales, Production, and Logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure that all orders are accounted for correctly in Tally.

Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders, transaction history, and related financial data.
  • Ensure data integrity in all order entries and Tally records.

Reporting

  • Generate and analyse sales order and financial reports using Tally to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales order status and financial metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years proven experience in sales order processing, data entry, or a related role. Proficiency in Tally ERP software is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Should be very talkative — excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and other relevant software.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Available Shifts: Morning: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1 opening) Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (1 opening)

Compensation & Benefits:
• PF & ESI coverage
• Monthly CTC: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000
• Yearly Bonus: ₹12,000
• Quarterly Performance Incentive: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000
• Additional Sales Incentives for conversions
