For Employers

• Job postings must be genuine, lawful, and non-discriminatory.
• No fake, misleading, or scam-related job postings are allowed.
• Employers are responsible for verifying candidate qualifications.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Posting fake or misleading job listings
• Using the platform for scams or illegal activities
• Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violating intellectual property or privacy rights
• Harassment, abuse, or discrimination

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Account Registration & Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Hire Now Talent is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

We are not responsible for disputes between candidates and employers.
